One of the rooms we booked was beyond out expectations but the other was quite small and had a slanted ceiling and we kept hitting our heads..

The rooms are clean and nice with balcony with Matterhorn view that is really nice. It is conveniently located with the shuttle bus (free with ski day pass) taking you to all the gondolas for the ski slopes. The breakfast was good and the bar cosy. They have a free taxi service to take you to the train station. The spa is very complete with spa and Finnish and bio sauna and many more.

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Everything was excellent. The hotel is very close to the station.

The owner pay attention to detail in every little thing, even the rooms all have names.

Very cozy and well equiped. You will find a fondue set to make your own swiss fondue at home (you can buy the fondue at Coop market) :)
