Generally quiet, even next to the highway. We were greeted by the owner's two teenage sons. Clearly managers in training. The kitchen beside the pool was well equipped for our breakfast of cold cereal. There is a hot plate and BBQ which we did not try out. Both beds were pushed against the walls. We were able to move the double bed away from the wall and use the side chair so both sides of the bed could have a bedside table of sorts. Towels are thick, soft.and absorbant. Shower is slow to heat but then warm.

Situato a Nosara, in Costa Rica, a soli 50 m dalla località principale di Guiones, il Sunset Shack offre una piscina all'aperto accessibile tutto l'anno e un ristorante. Sunset Shack was in a great location, close to the beach, short walk to the shops and more restaurants. The room was spacious, comfy beds and amazing shower. The hotel/bungalows are quiet and the Al Chile restaurant joined to the hotel is great. We were able to order and eat by the pool.

Casa Buenavista is located in Carrillo, 300 meters from the beach. It offers air-conditioned rooms in a tropical garden. The hotel is impeccably clean and cozy with a delicious breakfast and an ideal swimming pool. The room was very well equipped and shower with hot water and good pressure 🙂 the family running the place were super kind and helpful and made the most welcoming atmosphere. Walking distance to closest beach 5 minutes and it was easy to park even a big car. Honestly even better than we expected and would easily recommend to friends or come back if again in Costa Rica!
