The location couldn't have been better! Located close to Osu Shopping Street, with many eateries nearby. Plus, the Osu Kannon Station on the metro subway was just a 10-minute walk away, making travel around Nagoya super easy. There’s even a minimart near the station, which was perfect for grabbing quick snacks and essentials. Additionally, we loved the cute board on the wall in the room that provided information about interesting places nearby, including shops, restaurants, and other attractions. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped us discover some hidden gems in the area! What truly elevated our experience was the staff. They were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing our questions. From the sensor lights coming on as you walk around the house to the Nintendos for the kids, it was wonderfully designed and even better than the pictures!

We are a family of five and had the floor to ourselves, the neighbourhood is quiet so it’s a great place to relax for a leisure trip. The couple who owns the inn are very sweet and friendly. We were provided great tea and even a kitchen to cook in. There was even little samurai trinkets around the area, including traditional attire for us to wear and take pictures with. For anyone with a little creative side, there is a book provided at the counter to write about your experiences and draw any doodles.

You must have dinner and breakfast as a part of your reservation. The onsens were really wonderful! There were private and public ones on-site and another large public onsen across the street. The mountain location is about 25 min drive away from the train station, but they run a shuttle service from the Fujigaoka Train Station at 4:50pm every day. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Ghibli Park was a 15 minute shuttle ride.
