Our experience in hakone wouldnt have been the same if we wouldnt have stayed in the hotel. Totally recommeded to get the dinner as there’re not much restaurants near by

The location was perfect for me - probably more on the entertainment side of the city rather than the business side, although access to transport was very quick and easy so nowhere was out of reach. Close to Chinatown, and a nice walk along the waterfront to other parts of the city. The hotel itself was modern and exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was good quality, and varied.

The rooms are large, the coffee and food are delicious, and the hotel is peaceful. It's very pleasant and comfortable. The staff is attentive and friendly. I liked the Japanese bath. The hotel is only three minutes from the sea. I loved it.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, it's very quiet and the view from my room was stunning. It was easy to reach from the train station (I was travelling without a car), only a short walk of about 10min. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The service really is excellent even if they say that not all of them speak English very well. The room is spacious and has a nice tatami area. The private onsen is small and the room a bit dark but it was still a nice experience. I really enjoyed the open air onsen though. It was my first experience in an onsen and I loved it. Overall I enjoyed my stay here very much. It is a fantastic place to relax and slow down a little.

It was a culinary experience we won’t forget—every bite reflected the care and tradition behind Japanese cuisine. The onsen was another highlight—clean and soothing Most importantly, the hospitality here goes above and beyond. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We felt truly cared for, like guests in someone’s cherished home. Hakone Fura is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return.

Featuring a garden, Hakone Onsen Yuyado Yamanoshou is set in Hakone, 200 metres from Hakone Botanical Garden of Wetlands. This 3-star ryokan features free WiFi. All the stars were very friendly and professional. We enjoyed the stay so much. Highly recommend!

The breath taking view from our traditional Tatami Floor with the most amazing and relaxing private onsen from our balcony made this stay perfect. We were late for traffic jams to check in and for Dinner and they were very flexible always staying in touch during our day. We were very stressed as we were looking forward for the special dinner we booked and they comforted us by calmly saying it's fine and they will do everything to arrange things on arrival. We were the very last guest to arrive for dinner and the hotel and yet they made everything perfect. Thanks! We would like to come back again.

Boasting an open-air hot spring bath and a garden, Mizunoto is situated a 22-minute drive away from Hakone Yumoto Station on the Odakyu Line and Lake Ashi. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was in Japanese style but with a Western twist - it was spacious :-) and it had "open-air bath" on a balcony, which was fantastic!. The property is beautifully situated in the middle of forest but be aware to choose a room facing green, otherwise you will look at the parking lot. Both indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths are great. The hotel is frequented by Japanese tourists, so it is quite authentic. The real treat was a Japanese breakfast (in kimonos) -an ultimate Japanese experience.

Our stay at masutomi Ryokan was exceptional, we received the best treatment exceeding by a lot what we expected. Breakfast and dinner was marvelous, delicious and the ambient was perfect. The staff was super friendly and helpful with us, anything we needed they were there for us to help us with it. I couldn't put in words how much we enjoyed our stay here, if you plan a Ryokan stay on hakone, this is totally your place to be.
