They were the most accommodating and friendly staff I have experienced. The truly went above and beyond. Breakfast was free and usually included a few different options. Breakfast was located on the top floor and had a view of the city and the mountains. There is also a sauna and massage chairs on the first floor for a small fee. Everything was very updated and clean. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. Staff offered to take us places if it was difficult to get a cab.

The personel at the recepción desk where excepcionally good and accommodating. Specially a gentleman that help me with the noise from an event taking place in the hotel and accommodated other needs for our trekking and travelling circumstances.
