The hotel's location is ideal, being close to a beautiful beach and featuring a superb swimming pool. The reception staff warmly welcomed me and treated me fairly. They kindly allowed me to inspect the room I had booked and even offered me one with a delightful view overlooking the swimming pool. I visited the hotel with my sister, and we both found it to be great value for the money. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to various attractions in Sousse, such as Port Kantawi and Hammam Sousse, made it even more appealing. The room itself was equipped with a fridge and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of wifi in the room. However, this was easily mitigated by having internet access on my phone, so it didn't pose a significant issue. I must commend the cleaning staff for their exceptional work, as the room was impeccably cleaned every day. Additionally, the reception staff regularly checked in on me to ensure everything was going smoothly and whether I needed any assistance. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would like to encourage the team to continue their excellent work. Thank you all very much for providing such a pleasant experience.

You have everything you need in this hotel: indoor pool, outdoor pool, aquaparc, jacuzzi, private beach. If you're looking for summer activities, everything is there. - the room is clean, with a beautiful view and a large balcony. There is a flat TV! Yes it's a small one (32" i think), but still it's flat which is not the case in other hotels. - security is a very good point in this hotel. I had a problem and they solved it very quickly. Cameras are everywhere and are very useful since the hotel is very crowded in the summer season with many people. - the food is just perfect! Many varieties, very tasty, not spicy (i was stressed about spicy food since Tunisia is known for this, but no, the food in this hotel is not spicy at all). - very good animation team. Many activities. No boring time.

The lack of network and Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major inconvenience. The dining situation was equally problematic. Both lunch and dinner times were incredibly crowded, and the buffet food ran out quickly, leading to confrontations and long waits. Despite having an all-inclusive package, I had to eat outside the hotel on several occasions because the dining facilities were so poorly managed. This trip felt like a significant waste of money, and the overall quality of the hotel did not meet the standards I expect from your recommendations. Το Hotel Dreams Beach προσφέρει καταλύματα 3 αστέρων μπροστά στη θάλασσα σε Hammam Sousse. Έχει κήπο, ιδιωτική παραλία και κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge. Good location, near a couple of good seafood restaurants and a supermarket. It's an hour's walk to the Medina. The nice building of the hotel, the room was clean and spacious.
