Clean and modern place, 30 seconds away from the beach (walking) and there are many markets and bakeries nearby...very close to Kos town. The host was very kind and let us check out late without extra costs.

Great luxury villas. All staff are brilliant and couldn't do enough!! From booking with Katerina to our stay. The meals were great and prices were same as in town but delivered to your villa by Nic and the team!! The surroundings and views are brilliant. Only a shirt 5 min drive to Kos town or a taxi for around €8. Pools are not heated only by the sun so as we were there in October it was too cold to use them but there was a rare cold wind while we were on the island which added to the temperature. There is a great gym and free airport transfer for guests. All in all a great stay and will return.

It’s style and design was perfect. Room was so clean and nice. You can have breakfast at your balcony. Fofi was so helpful and she answered all of my questions kindly. Thanks for everything again and thanks for the beautiful place.

Nympheas Luxury Villas, que cuenta con piscina al aire libre, jardín y terraza, ofrece alojamiento en Mastichari con wifi gratis y vistas al mar. We’ve had such a lovely holiday, the host Angelo was fantastic from the start, he met us at the villa and gave us lots of information about things to do in the area, he even put together a little guide for us, which was really helpful, he was always on hand with anything we needed, and bought round a gift bag of local produce (cheese, wine, honey etc) which was a lovely touch. The villa itself is brand new, so everything is pristine, there is everything you could possibly need and more, the beds are super comfortable and there is balcony on the first floor, and 2 sun terraces with beautiful views. My favourite thing about the place was the pool, the pictures do not do it justice, it is a really good size and just perfect. Lastly Mastihari is a really lovely little place, we found it not too busy which was a lovely surprise. The villa is 2 minutes away from the beach, where there is plentiful reasonably priced sun beds, some really lovely restaurants, bars and little shops. We hired a car for a few days and visited Kos Town, and some more beautiful beaches on the other side of the island, nothing is very far away as the Island is quite small. The sunset in Zia is also definitely worth a visit. We were all very sad to leave and would return in a heartbeat 🩷
