Great location with an excellent restaurant right across the street - Halfway House. We went there 3 times! Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. The villas were cleaned every day, the pool was so nice after a hot day out and about, and the rooms/beds/AC were very comfortable.

Just 100 metres from the famous Gerakas Beach, the traditionally-built Porto Gerakas Villas offers self-catering accommodation with balconies amidst its blossomed garden. Thanks to Penelope and Sotiris. Nice location, clean and quiet. There is a very nice beach right near in 5' walk (not Gerakas), very rocky, very good for snorkeling, with hundreds of various fish, one will never see even when going doing scuba. From the gate take it to the left for 50m, than visavis the 2nd private gate you will see a trail that is not marked but it goes directly to this beach.

The property is stunning with amazing views of the ocean and sunset / sunrise. The villa was extremely comfortable and the outdoor sitting area with jacuzzi was breath taking.

Foarte frumos, proprietara Lia prietenoasă, excelentă,binevoitoare, camerele curate si super mari! Anturajul infloritor si foarte curat! Bravo! Am ramas foarte mulțumiți!

Exensian Villas and Suites se află la doar 150 de metri de plaja din Marathia. Complexul oferă vile construite în formă de amfiteatru, cu piscină privată cu hidromasaj. We stayed for 10 nights and the villa was perfect! The views from the pool, the bedrooms and the balconies were amazing and although they were other villas around we were not overlooked at all due to clever positioning of the trees. The accommodation was great, spacious and true to the pictures ( but when you get there the view takes your breath away!). The villas were 20 minutes away from Zakynthos town so very easy to go there for the night out. What really made our holiday was the personal touch from Spyros and Xenofon who really went out of their way to make great restaurant recommendations and book us tables when needed, sorted out our car hire and boat trips and were there to help answer any questions that we had. Haven't had that level of attention in any other villa and for sure made our family trip extra special. I would thoroughly recommend these callas as a fantastic place to have a great time in Zakynthos.
