This place is a heaven on earth! We stayed longer than planned because we felt so well here that we didn't want to leave... Without exageration, Mahesh is the best host we have ever met in our traveler life, he thinks about everything to make your stay perfect. The house is new and very comfortable, well located near all Sigiriya interest points and in a quiet area but not far from a city and local restaurants. But believe me, you won't need to go to a restaurant... We did one night and we immediately regreted it because the dishes prepared by Mahesh and his wife were way better! Also breakfasts were sooo generous that we didn't even need to have lunch after. We also shared some wonderful personal moments with all the family that we will never forget 🥰 My tips for your stay : - Ask Mahesh in advance if you need the swimming pool ready when you arrive - Have at least one diner there! You won't regret it 😉 - Ask his son Kevin to teach you how to play the local game Carrom, he is a very good player, good luck if you want to beat him! - Don't miss the local shower experience to the lake not far from the house. Mahesh can show you the spot 💪

This is an excellent place for a family stay. It can easily accommodate 10+ people with an extra driver's room. All bedrooms have A/C. Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and clean. Having four bathrooms means no rush in the morning if you want to attend a Pooja early. Being off the main street makes it quiet and yet easily accessible to nearby restaurants. The host was nice and attentive to messages. Highly recommend.

They treated as we were they are own family. Very nice with kids and they prepared specially according to them and us. Local food was very delicious made by chef and not only kids but also adults enjoyed them lot. Place is Very closed to all the main attractions. We loved staying in there and we will recommend and we’ll come back with big pleasure!!!

The staff here was always friendly, attentive, and willing to assist with any request whether it was arranging transportation, Big clean rooms, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, breakfast is amazing, very near to historical places and temple providing local recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Tolles Freiluftbadezimmer, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegemöglichkeit am Pool, alles tipptopp. Sehr sympathische Besitzerin, Details vor Ort kann man mit einem sehr engagierten Mitarbeiter von ihr klären (z.B. wenn man Frühstück oder Abendessen haben möchte, denn Kochmöglichkeit gibt es keine). Ich bin sehr happy, diesen schönen Ort gefunden zu haben. Unsere Kinder haben den oberen Teil mit Balkon bewohnt, wir den unteren, wo das Pool ist.
